Needing Help To Train A Dog
Dog Training Help
I have adopted all but one of my pets in my life time. I can say with honesty that in the area of training my dogs, I did not do a great job. I started out with puppy school and I have even done the getting up early Sunday morning, rain, hail or shine to go to doggie school. While I have enjoyed the journey with my dogs, no matter what I do, I have always ended up owning a dog that pulls on the lead. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want a dog that is like a robot, just one that knows that I am the leader in the pack.
I have had friends who trained two dogs to remain on their doggie blanket no matter what, I look at them and ask myself, what am I doing wrong? My dog Toby sleeps on my bed any time he wants, I have put a giant blanket that covers the bed to keep it clean, only to find him buried under the covers and on the sheet or on my pillow.
So I decided to find out how I could change my frustration about these annoying doggie habits into a loving respectful relationship with my dogs. I found something that I am truly excited about and believe to be the answer to my frustrations, if you can relate to my own story, then maybe it could help you.
